Hon. Chief Stanley Okoro Emegha is a seasoned administrator, peace-builder, philanthropist, and one of the most respected party leaders within our greay party in the South-East. He currently serves as the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State, a position to which he was re-elected unopposed through consensus in March 2026 for a second four-year term.

His political journey began under the mentorship of former Abia State Governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu. He served as Coordinator of the OUK Actualization Youth Movement and was appointed Special Assistant to the Governor on Local Government Matters (2005) and later Special Assistant on Youth Affairs (2007). In 2009, he voluntarily returned to his home state, Ebonyi, to contribute more directly to the development of his people.

As APC State Chairman, Chief Emegha has distinguished himself as a unifying force and consensus builder. Under his leadership:

• The party has maintained strong internal cohesion and democratic culture.
• All state and national assembly members from Ebonyi have aligned with the APC.
• Peaceful and orderly congresses (ward, local government, and state) have been successfully conducted.

He works closely with the party leader and Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Chief Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, advancing the “People’s Charter of Needs” agenda while projecting the interests of the party at both state and national levels.

His philanthropy and bridge-building efforts have earned him respect across party lines and community strata. He is frequently described as a “city boy and village boy” who maintains rare equilibrium in relating with both urban and grassroots constituencies.
