The National Vice Chairman (South East) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, has thrown his weight behind Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, following the governor’s declaration that Imo State remains a one-party state, reaffirming its unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the next presidential election.
Dr. Arodiogbu described Governor Uzodinma as one of the leading champions of the Renewed Hope Agenda, noting that his administration has transformed Imo State through strategic investments in infrastructure, security, healthcare, education, agriculture, youth empowerment and economic development.
According to him, Governor Uzodinma has also strengthened the partnership between Imo State and the Federal Government under President Tinubu, ensuring that the people of the state continue to benefit from federal projects and policies.
He further commended Governor Uzodinma for his leadership as Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, stating that the governor has played a significant role in promoting unity among APC governors while supporting the implementation of policies aimed at accelerating national development.
Reacting to the tour of state and federal government projects in Imo State and the hosting of members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors Media Team by Governor Uzodinma, Dr. Arodiogbu reaffirmed that Imo remains firmly aligned with the APC and the administration of President Tinubu.
Dr. Arodiogbu said the governor’s confidence is rooted in his administration’s visible performance and the growing acceptance of the APC across the state.
