Returning to Nigeria, he established a consultancy in Abuja, serving federal agencies like TETFUND, UBEC, and the National Primary Health Care Development Agency. His contributions improved healthcare policies and enhanced government health programs.

Dr. Arodiogbu entered politics in 2015 as Special Adviser (Special Duties) to the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Anthony Anwukah.
