As the All Progressives Congress (APC) inaugurates its Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, The Co-Director, APC PCC South East Zone and the Natuonal Vice Chairman South East, All Progressive Congress has strongly re-echoed the earlier call by Anambra State Governor, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, urging Ndigbo in the South East, Lagos, and other parts of the country to fully support and vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Dr. Arodiogbu, in a statement aligned with the “Ugbo Tinubu, Ugbo Na Aga-Aga” spirit of the moment, emphasized that the path of progress, continuity, and national development lies in consolidating the gains of the current administration. He noted that Governor Soludo’s public endorsement and call for Igbo support for Tinubu reflects a pragmatic and forward-looking political calculation that prioritizes development, infrastructure, and economic opportunities for the South East and the broader Igbo nation.
“The inauguration of the APC Presidential Campaign Council presents a clear opportunity for Ndigbo to close ranks and work for the re-election of President Tinubu,” Dr. Arodiogbu stated.
“Governor Soludo has shown leadership by speaking truth to the realities of power and progress. I join him in calling on our people in the South East, in Lagos, and across Nigeria to vote Tinubu in 2027. Ugbo Tinubu, Ugbo Na Aga-Aga!”
He stressed that strategic political engagement, rather than isolation, remains the most effective way to secure greater inclusion, federal presence, and developmental attention for Igbo communities.
Dr. Arodiogbu urged stakeholders, community leaders, youth groups, and professional associations of Ndigbo extraction to mobilize support, register voters, and actively participate in the campaign structures of the APC ahead of 2027.
The call comes at a time when the APC is consolidating its structures for the next electoral cycle, with the inauguration of the PCC signaling the formal takeoff of intensified political activities.
Dr. Arodiogbu’s intervention is expected to further amplify the message of continuity and partnership between progressive forces in the South East and the Tinubu-led administration.
As the political temperature rises toward 2027, the message from both Professor Soludo and Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu remains clear: Ndigbo should join hands, support Tinubu, and ensure that “Ugbo Tinubu, Ugbo Na Aga-Aga” becomes a rallying cry for collective progress.
