The zone stands firmly behind him and distances itself completely from the mischievous and unfounded activities orchestrated by Chief Basil Ejidike, the ousted chairman of the Anambra State Chapter. These actions, particularly the attempts to blackmail and tarnish the image of Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, are entirely inconsistent with the core principles of discipline, integrity, and unity that define our great party. We view such conduct as the isolated manoeuvres of a disgruntled former official and reject them in their entirety. Chief Basil Ejidike holds no authority to speak on behalf of the APC in the South East, and his actions must not be linked to the party or its leadership in any form.

Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu has demonstrated exemplary leadership as National Vice Chairman (South East), driving remarkable membership expansion, fortifying party structures across the five states, and championing initiatives that advance good governance, socioeconomic progress, and zonal cohesion. His strategic grassroots mobilization, effective media engagements, insightful publications, and dynamic social media presence have elevated the APC’s visibility and appeal throughout the region, attracting high-calibre individuals and unifying diverse interests under the progressive banner. These tangible achievements have cemented his stature as a visionary, capable, and respected leader committed to the South East’s development within the national framework.
