The Anambra State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress under the esteemed leadership of Senator Emma Anosike wishes to state categorically that it has disassociated itself from the mischievous activities being carried out by its immediate past ousted chairman Chief Basil Ejidike . These activities, particularly those carried out through fictitious groups comprising people unknown to the Anambra State Chapter of our great party, the APC, and involving attempts to blackmail the National Vice Chairman for the South East, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, are not in line with the values of the All Progressives Congress. The chapter considers such behaviour as the isolated actions of a disgruntled individual and therefore rejects them outright. We want to make it clear to all stakeholders that Chief Basil Ejidike does not speak for the Anambra State APC and his actions should not be attributed to the party in any way whatsoever.

Upon learning of the mischievous moves orchestrated by Chief Ejidike, I personally conducted a simple Google search and was profoundly proud of the outstanding activities of Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu in uplifting the party across the South East region. His exceptional grassroots mobilisation, impactful media presentations, strategic publications and consistent social media engagements have visibly strengthened the APC’s presence and visibility. These efforts demonstrate true commitment to the progressive cause and have earned widespread admiration. Consequently, the Anambra State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress is immensely proud of Dr. Arodiogbu and hereby wholeheartedly endorses him for a well-deserved second term as National Vice Chairman (South East) so that he may continue and indeed expand his good works for the benefit of the party and the zone.

Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu has recorded remarkable achievements as the National Vice Chairman of the APC in the South East. His strategic leadership has led to substantial growth in party membership and the establishment of robust structures that have enhanced the competitiveness of the APC in the zone. Dr. Arodiogbu has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at promoting good governance and socioeconomic development. His dedication has not only unified various factions but also attracted quality individuals to the progressive fold. These accomplishments have solidified his reputation as a capable and visionary leader within the party and the region at large.

The Anambra State Chapter remains fully supportive of Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu and pledges to continue providing him with the necessary backing to enable him to discharge his duties effectively. We are committed to working hand in hand with him to realise the objectives of the All Progressives Congress. This support is rooted in our shared vision for a better Anambra and a stronger South East. This position underscores our dedication to ethical conduct and the overall progress of our great party in Anambra State.
